We’re recruiting for an organised Part Time Sales Administrator for our ACVM department in Aberdeen Craigshaw Complex.

Hours

Either five mornings/afternoons per week (18.75 hours) or three full days (22.5 hours) per week

About the role

As a part time Sales Administrator for Arnold Clark, you’ll be an excellent communicator who can handle sales leads efficiently and maintain strong relationships with customers, while handling our internal database of clients and making sure admin duties are successfully carried out.

The ideal candidate will be organised and efficient with a willingness to learn and the ability to deliver great customer service.

Day-to-day duties

  • Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers, suppliers etc
  • Dealing with external suppliers
  • Discussing customer’s needs and presenting them with suitable solutions.
  • Dealing with customer queries 
  • Managing our internal computer systems and databases.
  • Delivering fantastic customer service 
  • Updating orders database
  • Administering deliveries and collections
  • Making sure you consistently comply with company policy and standards.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

  • A proactive, honest and efficient approach.
  • The ability to learn about our products with a view to becoming a product expert.
